Return an Order
A 14 day return policy applies to all products purchased through Aref’s Oriental Rugs Website. If product does not meet your expectations, size, color, etc. Please contact us email@example.com for a return Authorization. We will accept its return within the 14 days from shipment, as long as the product is returned to us undamaged and in new condition. Any rugs that are returned damaged or dirty due to poor packaging will not be refunded.
Aref’s Oriental Rugs will not issue return shipping labels, return shipping is to be paid for by purchaser.
A restocking fee of 15 to 25 percent may be applied to all products returned.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 410-879-2270. If product was delivered while you were not at home, please take pictures of damaged shipping package and contact us. We will ask for these pictures to help determine the extent of the damage. We must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the items.
Refunds will be processed once products have been determined returned and in same condition as when they were shipped. Refund will then be processed back to your credit card or paypal account.
Shipping is free within the Continental USA and Canada. We offer overnight and express delivery for an additional charge. Charges will be determined upon request. Please contact us for assistance.
Aref’s Oriental Rugs is required to collect sales tax for delivery of products within the state of Maryland. Currently 6.00% sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws.
Prices are subject to changes at any time, price changes can increase/decrease at any time without notification due to manufactures or error corrections. Unfortunately, we cannot correct any price changes to orders placed.
Coupons / Offers can not be combined. A $250.00 purchase is required for any coupon Aref’s Oriental Rugs offers.
